Castles

Over the passed week I have been around North Wales again on a short break, which as finally lead to a post yey.

Walking, photographing and fresh air you can't beat it and luckily we had some really nice weather.

I have taken a few bird pictures, but thought I would get some of the scenic shots out of the way first.

The first couple of shots are from Harlech Castle. I picked the first shot because of the scenery through the windows.

And finally Caernarfon Castle.

It's a stunning part of the country and I am hoping to get back again later in the year.

Hope you liked the pics, more posts to follow.

Mike.

  1. This is great! Hope you have lots more. I've never been to Harlech, but I've been to Caernarfon! I love that first photo of the scenery through the castle windows. Neat!

  2. The texture and contrast in the first shot is grand. I am afraid I would have used just one window as a frame and ended up with just another clichéd shot.
