I'm easing off a bit on the zoom and crop because some/most of my shots get right in your face, I think it makes for a more pleasing shot, what do you think? Although I will still post the odd portrait.

I find your British birds fascinating and when I see a familiar name, such as Goldfinch, I look for a familiar picture, such as our American Goldfinch. Not quite the same today, but I like the yellow stripe on its hind quarters. I like your Goldfinch.
ReplyDeleteI have a habit also of creating pictures too close sometimes too for although the beauty close up is sometimes so remarkable and astonishing, the environment is nice to include too. Hmmmm... what to do, what to do.

ReplyDeleteI like both types. The zoom and crop let you see the details of the feathers and such and you are such a great photographer who can do it so well! But seeing from a bit of a distance gives a sense of what the bird does or how it acts. That can make it an interesting shot, also. Wonderful photos as always!
