Dawlish, South Devon

Well my final break of the year is now over.

We took a trip to Dawlish in South Devon hoping all the way down that the weather would be nice for us and for the most part it was ok.

I was determined to get some birding in and hopefully get some shots of something new which I did, but it wasn't a bird lol.

Here are a few shots I managed to get in between the rain, hope you like them.
Here are a couple of other shots which caught my eye.
All shots taken with Nikon D70 + Sigma 170-500mm

I am now looking forward to concentrating just on birds for a while and hopefully more postings.

Mike.

Welcome back! I love the goose flying shot, they are beautiful, but the egret is good too. yeh sometime, especially when it rains, then we tend to concentrate on something else than bird ;-)
