Well so far today the gardens been pretty dull, one minute the suns out then a down pour straight after and overcast.
The first shot was taken this morning and couldn't catch this little fella (Blue Tit) looking at the camera or in my direction, so this was the best of the bunch I'm afraid.
The second shot is a Great tit, I don't have many shot of these birds as they are so fast on and off my feeders, hope you like them.
You can see more of my Bluetits etc HERE.
Photos taken 06/07/2008.
Beautiful photographs......what a wonderful post...thank you.
ReplyDeleteI know a bunch of people who would give their right arm to deliver images like that. Me included - though I'd rather offer a bubble gum instead of the whole arm thing.
ReplyDeleteCheers, Klaus
I think that both photo's are great! When they don't look right at you, you see more of their color and general appearance. That second one is so much like our chickadee's.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Mary. I am very familiar about how fast they get on and off the feeders too. Good job.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics. I wish I could get such good pictures! My flycatchers hatched at the weekend, so great excitement now as I watch them being fed on the camera. I'm hoping to film the adults catching flies in the trees... I need your steady hand and great eye for a pic though! Jane
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone.
