It feels like ages since I've been able to post anything, Christmas shopping madness.
The other thing I'm struggling with is the sun, the trees have got so high behind my house that once you are past lunch time its almost dark out there. I'm hoping to spend a bit of time this weekend taking pics (in the morning) as we have had some great visitors lately.
This afternoon whilst on lunch we had a Nuthatch and Goldcrest, so sights are set and we will see what I get this weekend.
Anyway here's my photo of the month for November, hope you liked it.
Now I've got some catching up to do with all your blogs.
Yes, I do Mike! Although I have to say this bird looks more like it is falling out of the sky rather than flying through it does it not? Great capture :-D
ReplyDeleteGood picture Mike. I was wondering what you have been up to. This time of year finds us all very busy.
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome shot! Hope you get all your shopping done.
ReplyDelete:-)
Just as great the second time!
ReplyDeleteHope you get the dsired light conditions this weekend Mike. I know what you mean about the sun in the afternoon, if it is out, it's so low the trees block out the light!
ReplyDeleteGreat pic. Thanks for posting your camera info. I've been wanting a new camera and would love to be able to take pics like these. :o)
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone glad you haven't forgotten me. I'm hoping to start posting again properly soon.
ReplyDeleteVery nice flight shot Mike. Looking forward to your updates. Good luck getting the Firecrest. Little speedy buggers !
ReplyDeleteWe miss your great photos and hope you will be back posting soon!
ReplyDeleteYou do realize that if you don't take any photos, you won't have a "December photo of the month"? Just kidding!
ReplyDeleteSweet shot, Mike! A good catch!
ReplyDeleteCheers, Klaus
I wish you and yours a merry Christmas and a great new Year with many more great images and posts to come!
