The following shots are taken of and around my local Beacon, Ashurst Beacon to be exact, about 10 mins from my house.
From there you can see clearly across to Liverpool, Southport, Blackpool and in the other direction the Peak district, Winter Hill and even across to north Wales.
Here are a few shots I took, trying out the black and white theme, these shot where taken with a 28-100mm Nikkor lens.
And couple of macro shots using the same lens, but with a +4 adaptor attached.
Something a little different, but I have to say I really enjoyed it, you may see some more buildings who knows.All shots taken 17/08/2008 with Nikon D70.
